I am not currently accepting new clients, and I maintain a small waitlist. The fastest way to reach me is by email.

Services offered:
– Telehealth (video or phone)
– In-person sessions available from my home office in SE Portland
Office hours:
– Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Starting October 1, 2025, I will also be available Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Consultation:
– I offer a free 30–45 minute phone or video consultation before scheduling your first session.

Individual intake & sessions (55 minutes): $175
Relational intake & sessions (55 minutes): $175
Missed or late-canceled sessions:
– Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full fee (as billed to you or your insurance).
Sliding scale:
– I offer a small number of reduced-fee spots for clients as needed based on an equity model.
– Priority is given to BiPOC folks and former/current sex workers.
– Please reach out if you have financial barriers to care.

I am not paneled with, but can easily bill, Care Oregon. I have also been able to bill Providence as an out-of-network provider.

Fees for group offerings vary depending on the size and length of the group.
